You can see in the before shots this porch was starting to rot away. It had some decent style in concept but needed some help. Our client wanted to keep a classic porch look to the home and in line with what they had currently while gaining the advantage of low maintenance products. Well, “Classic”, we couldn’t have agreed more. We removed all the existing rails, posts and flooring then reinforced the floor frame. We used Azek slate grey porch flooring, the color worked great with the home and walkway. Next wrapping the structural post, we fabricated on site new custom posts using Azek trim. As part of the trim package we replaced the soffit with a beaded style (classic porch detail) and built up the girder supporting to roof before applying the trim. Finally we installed Azek premier rail and this porch was done and ready for rocking.

The level of craftsmanship displayed in the finished product is truly reminiscent of a bygone era. Details in the trim and the quality of fit and finish is exemplary.
