This process begins when you contact Kehoe Kustom about your project. Contact us by phone at 845-988-4644 or fill out our online form with a brief summary of the project and the best time to call. We will follow up with you to further discuss your home renovation and schedule a consultation.
Complimentary First Consultation
This first in home consultation is where we find out more about you and what you desire in your project. Providing a portfolio of projects we have previously worked on. In addition, providing information that can help you decide on project materials and styles for your remodel. Advising you with recommendations that are based on our 20 years of experience in the construction trade.
Included, Home Inspection and Design Consultation
Kehoe Kustom will take measurements of the kitchen, bathroom, basement, home or outdoor living space. Also taking photographs of the site location and asking additional questions. Inquiring about the project and any details that you may have left out or changed. Understanding, this is what will be used to develop a proper scope.
After evaluating the information gathered during the home inspection. Now we will present to you a project budget and a Design/Build contract. With an agreed upon budget Kehoe Kustom will now ask for a retainer to proceed. In agreement and payment provided we will bring in the rest of the team.
